About ICGC
Indian Community Of Gold Coast
ICGC (Indian Community of Gold Coast) was founded in 2018 as a not for profitorganisation.
ICGC seek to bring different groups of Indian and Australian communities on the Gold Coast and surrounds together to showcase Indian culture. One of the ways to do this is to host well run professional events. ICGC want to improve the engagement of people of Indian origin in the Australian community and help them adapt to this new land they call home.
Our Vision
To bring people of Indian Origin on the Gold Coast together to promote their professional, cultural, and social interests with a view to extending the hand of friendship, understanding and compassion towards the community of Gold Coast.
Mission
- ICGC provides a platform for people of India origins to network together for mutual development and advancement in Gold Coast
- To promote the common cultural heritage and legacy of People of India with the community of Gold Coast
- To energize the professional and intellectual resources of Indians in Gold Coast to realize their maximum potential.
Objectives
- To promote the interests and aspirations of the Indian communities around the Gold Coast and of specific groups residing in various countries of their adoption.
- To promote the common cultural heritage and thereby create a binding relationship between communities
